GEAR HIRE AND TRIP INTENTIONS FORMS

Whenever club gear is hired for a climbing session, you need to fill in the gear hire form. This helps the club maintain the gear lending policy and tracking the usage of the technical gear.

If you are going climbing outdoors and using club gear, you need to fill in the trip intentions form. This is especially important for emergency situations. This is integrated into the gear hire form. Use the separate trip intentions form when club gear is being utilised over multiple trips.

REPORTING FORM

Any incidents involving health and safety, behaviour, gear, facilities, the environment, or breaches of the Code of Conduct, must be reported. The more the committee knows about what happens on trips and events, the more they can do to improve safety for club members.
