AURAC Re-O-Trip 2023
Hey everyone!
Come and join us at Waipari and Wharepapa South for some awesome climbing, meeting new people and all round good times! All climbing experience levels are welcome!
The plan is to meet at the quad at 6:30pm on Friday the 4th and drive down to Little Waipa Reserve campground. The Hamilton night market just so happens to be running at this time and is an excellent place to stop for some dinner if the people in your car are feeling hungry! Depending on how large a group we have, we may end up splitting everyone and having a group going to Waipari and another to Wharepapa south, afterwards we will head back to the campsite to have pizza for dinner! We will then continue climbing Sunday and drive back to Auckland in the evening. (More details will be provided in the follow-up/confirmation email.)
No prior experience or gear is required to participate!
Pricing: $20 for AURAC members, $30 for non-members.
Excess funds go to ACAT and Bryce for bolting and crag maintenance!
Refunds available for those unable to attend because of unexpected events/sickness
